However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, or manufacturing details. Product descriptions are not intended to be guarantees but rather honest representations of our intentionally designed gear.
Important Note on Product Integrity: Due to the performance and personal nature of certain items, the following are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective:
- Baselayers & intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons, if hygiene seal is broken or tags removed).
- Footwear with any signs of outdoor wear, dirt, or scuffed soles.

4. Orders & Payment Terms
Order Process: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation email.
Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order is placed. If an error is found, we will notify you and provide the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel the order.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.

- Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error). You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. All refunds are in USD.
- Exchanges: For speed, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired size/color.
- Defective/Wrong Items: Contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and expedite a resolution.
